As English is the primary language of instruction at 果冻传煤, students must possess a mastery of English sufficient to communicate effectively, follow lectures, and write assignments and examinations in English.
If asked, you must provide proof of one of the following:

Successful completion of at least three years of academic instruction at a Canadian secondary institution, as recognized by 果冻传煤.
Post-secondary studies in English
Successful completion of at least 30 credit hours (or equivalent) at a post-secondary institution where English is the primary language of instruction, as recognized by 果冻传煤.
Approved English language programs
If you meet 果冻传煤's academic requirements, but don't meet our English proficiency requirements, you may be offered conditional admission.
If you're offered conditional admission, you can enroll in 果冻传煤's English pathway program designed for students who need extra time and training to meet our English proficiency requirements, and who would like to benefit from additional transition time and academic preparation before full-time study.
- English Pathway Program
A language, academic, and cultural immersion program offered online during both the summer and fall.
Once you successfully complete 果冻传煤's English language program, you will get unconditional admission to 果冻传煤 (if you meet our academic requirements). No additional TOEFL or IELTS tests will be required.

You can also continue your English studies independently to raise your IELTS/TOEFL score and submit your improved results to our admission office for consideration at admissions@mta.ca
If you meet 果冻传煤's academic requirements, but can't provide proof of English proficiency, you may be offered conditional admission.
