Nomination for exchange or study abroad

This form certifies that a student from one of our partner universities is applying to do an exchange, and has been nominated to attend ¹û¶³´«Ãº by their home university.

This form must be completed by the Study Abroad Advisor or Exchange Administrator from the university co-ordinating the exchange student application process to ¹û¶³´«Ãº University.

Indicate where notification of acceptance should be sent

Indicate where academic transcripts should be sent
Nominated exchange students should now complete the online exchange student application. Students should also submit the required supporting documents to studyabroad@mta.ca by the required deadline.
